The Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) is a body corporate established under Act No.9 of 2004 (as amended in 2007, 2014 and 2016) with the objective of assisting needy and eligible Tanzania students to access loans and grants for higher education. The main mandates of HESLB include :-

• To assist, on a loan basis, needy students who secure admission in accredited higher learning institutions, but who have no economic power to pay for the costs of their education
• To collect due loans from loan beneficiaries and use it as revolving fund to sustain operations of the Board
• To create synergies through establishing strategic partnerships in student financing ecosystem

 

What means of the word SIPA ???

Before all lets know and understand the meaning of the word SIPA in HESLB Online System . SIPA is the Abbreviations of the word Student’s Individual Permanent Account ,This is private account of the Student to receives different HESLB Notifications ,viewing individual details about HESLB Loans and other Updates .

THE HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS’ LOANS BOARD [HESLB] DASHBOARD

 

The HESLB website is made for student Online Applications and Management systems ,This websites is responsible for performing more than one Activities as see in image above ,So the Student Activities can perform in HESLB Dashboard are :-

• To create new account or to register new account
• To upload photo
• To Apply for Loan
• To Login for Registered Applicants
• To view Application Status
• To Recover Forgotten password

 

In the process of loan Applications the Applicant is given default Username and password and After submit Applications form to loan board, The Applicant in next days will require to visit an account for more updates so what is Applicant Advised ??? If you are an Applicant don’t forget Username and password sometimes copy it and save in safe place for later login . How Student or Loan Applicant can login at HESLB SIPA Account ???

After looking the overviews of the HESLB SIPA Login pages and Understand well follows the below steps for success login :-

Step 01 : Open your Internet browser such as Firefox ,chrome ,Internet explorer ,Phoenix , and other from your network device like Laptop ,Mobile phone ,Tablet ,Computer or Other devices the type HESLB Online Application System ,OLAMS then enter in HESLB website. or visit on :- https://olas.heslb.go.tz/index.php/olas/Olas/

Step 02 : In HESLB website Dashboard try to find “Login for Registered Applicants” then click on it .

Step 03 : After click it will Appear page same as images shown above mean that is login page ,then start Enter your  details.

Step 04 : Enter your Form Four Index number  sames as example provided.

Step 05 : Enter your password. Then

Step 07 : Enter your Provided security code correctly ,There After

Step 08 : Click login Buttons ,If your Information’s is correctly it will go to HESLB SIPA Account Dashboard . If not true you will start the login steps again .

How to Access login HESLB SIPA Account at time an Applicant forgot password ???

Accidentally , An Applicant can forget his or her login password ,So After this happen Automatically he or she cant access his or her own Account so what to do After this to Happen ??? ,The owner of the account should work on it in order to access the account for HESLB Updates and private uses ,After we think this in our team we come up with several steps which can assist student to access the account . Below are the steps on how to Access login HESLB SIPA Account at time an Applicant forgot password :-

Step 01 : From the HESLB SIPA Login page at Bottom there is buttons below labeled “Forgotten Password” just click on it ,OR just visit forgot password page :- https://olas.heslb.go.tz/index.php/olas/olas/forgot

Step 02 : After clicking it will redirect to forgot password pages as shown in image below :-

 

Step 03 : After that Enter your  Information correctly which are Form four Index Number and mobile phone number .Then ,

Step 04 : Enter your provided security code .Finally

Step 05 : Click button “Process”

Then you will notified via mobile phone this is due to previous mobile number that was filled in forgot password page.
