JOB TITTLE: Marketing Officer

REPORT TO: Managing Director

LOCATION: Moshi, Kilimanjaro

 

KEY DUTIES

• Work closely with Sales Team
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, competition venture and other information that affects marketing strategies
• Identify areas of improvement in sales tactics and marketing strategies
• Approves all marketing plans before they are implemented
• Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Adheres to and implement all company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or Advance Diploma in Marketing or related field
• 2 -3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Highest level of Integrity
• Exceptional organizational skills
