THE MBEYA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (MUST)
Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST) is a result the transformation of the Mbeya Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) through the Universities Act No.7 (2005) and Mbeya University of Science and Technology Charter, 2013. The Universities Act requires universities to draft charters and have them approved as a condition for providing university education. In compliance with the requirements of the university Act, Mbeya University of Science and Technology has been established under Part II, Article 3(1) of the Mbeya University of Science and Technology Charter (2013)
In providing direction to influence its operations towards the desired future ,MUST is guided by the following vision and mission :-
VISION
To become the leading center of excellence for knowledge, skills and applied education in science and technology.
MISSION
To develop academically, technology, and socially competent students, staff, and other stakeholders who will be responsible to the broader needs and challenges of the society.
How many Colleges found at the Mbeya University of Science and Technology ,MUST ?
The MUST University has almost seven colleges in which each college has its own programmes courses offered ,below are the list of colleges at the Mbeya University of Science and Technology ,MUST :-
- College of Engineering and Technology

- College of Humanities and Business Studies
- College of Architecture and Construction Technology
- College of Information and Communication Technology
- College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology

The University have the systems of Opening Admissions in each year for Applicant from Certificate level ,Diploma level ,Bachelor level , Master level and Postgraduate level in both campuses.MUST Admissions is done through Online Applications portal for all level.If you are Applicant before Applications check the programmes courses offered at the University and Entry requirements of that programmes course.

All applicants for Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor and Postgraduate Programmes should apply Online through the University website Link https://oas.must.ac.tz
All applicants for Certificate, Diploma and Bachelor wishing to apply for Admission at Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST) are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of 10,000/= WHILE for Postgraduate Programmes are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of 50,000/= through :-

AIRTEL MONEY
OR through National Microfinance Bank (NMB) OR Tanzania Postal Bank (TPB PLC) after obtaining Control Number from Online Application System (OAS).
