POSITIONS : Regional Manager- Arusha

Wananchi Group is one of East Africa’s leading broadband Internet services  provider. We are looking for a Regional Manager based in Arusha for our  entities both B2B & B2C ( SimbaNET & Zuku)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementing the organization’s strategy for B2B 8 B2C sales, developing forecasts and Organization strategies to achieve sales and ensure profitability, abreast of  markets
• industry trends, and competitors’ activities.
• Leading the team in business development and in meetings with key business  stakeholders that is able to be motivated and ensure a highly effective team of Sales  and Customer Service work-force.
• Overall in charge of Operations at Arusha including B2B  B2C (Support, New Sales,
• Up-selling, Commercials, Client Relationship, Customer service, Technical).
• Will report to the Country Manager & MD B2B, B2C and CE
• Director

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Masters in Business Administration / Corporate Management / Communication or other related field.
• I0+Year’s Working experience in Senior Sales, Customer Service position in
• communication industry with proven track record for the successful business
• developments.
