POSITION : Sales Force Executives
REMUNERATION : Commission

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to join us as a Sales Force Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote the company’s insurance products,
- Conduct need analysis for customers,
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers,
- Create awareness about the importance of insurance,
- Meet set targets for new business and renewals.
- Proactively follow up with prospective customers for new business and cross-selling,
- Attend periodic training on new products and services,
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and uphold the company’s ethics,
- Ensure over 90% persistency on sourced policies through continuous follow-up.
- Maintain sales compliance in all business transactions.
- Qualifications and Experience
Must have a minimum of Form Four, CoP, diploma, or degree in insurance, o Sales and marketing experience is required.
Candidates should be 25 years and above with an entrepreneurial mindset, o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, o Fluency in English and Kiswahili is essential, o Experience in interacting with customers is preferred.
