JOB TITTLE : Sales Representative 1

INDUSTRY : Food and Beverage Industry

LOCATION : Arusha

PROPOSED START DATE : 01/09/2023

 

KEY DUTIES

• Sells the company’s products in an assigned territory.
• Creates sales plan and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• Monitors existing customers and regularly communicates with the customers.
• Works to establish new customers in the region.
• Achieves sales target set forth by the Company
• Works toward increasing sales growth in the region at an established rate determined by the line manager
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications – Degree or Diploma Sales and Marketing, or related field
• 2-3 years of sales experience especially in FMCG (Consumer Packed Foods)
• Knowledge Of Sales and Marketing, Customer Relation
• Skills To Market products, nature and develop old and new customers
• Ability To Achieve at least 70% monthly sales target.
• Must Have Vehicle Driving Skills
